This Strip Seal system is primarily designed for areas where high impacts and heavy loads are not a concern. A continuous elastomeric gland is locked inside aluminum edge retainers to provide an effective watertight barrier and excellent flexibility where differential slab movements occur.
A pre-formed hinge ensures proper folding of the seal. The aluminum strip seal is available in two distinct profiles. The SE series, capable of movements to 8 inch, is ideal for rehab work where a low height replacement is needed. For pedestrian traffic and other areas which require a level surface, the LE series is ideal for movements to 1-1/4 inch.
