Sanfield industries Ltd. was incorporated in October 1985. Prior to this the Promoters & share Holders of Sanfield had a Joint Venture company incorporated in Hong Kong in 1978. In 1985 this J. V. was fully acquired by the present Share Holders and Promoters and the company was named and incorporated in its present entity.
